Not sure of the cause but this one started right across I-5 from where we stayed overnight in Grants Pass. We had wondered if we'd be evacuated but, nope. By next morning it was out.
Saw actual flames all along the rims of several hills on another fire in the Reno area. Didn't look like they were even fighting that one anymore.
