October 2023: A month in 31 pictures.. success! That was a hard assignment since pictures had to be taken/posted same day (a Flickr thing). With constraints of limited internet access some days and my having a full schedule, i still magically got it done!! Woohoo!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Separate seeds from the pulp of a pumpkin and place unrinsed on a non-stick cookie sheet in a single layer. No need for any fancy spices, just a bunch of coarse salt. Place in 400F oven for 10+ minutes.
